Document Description
Replace and/or install, for a total not to exceed 36, horse tie rails within the backcountry picnic table and resting bench facility areas at Annadel State Park. Many of the existing horse tie rails have been damaged and/or removed due to construction activities, and need to be repaired and/or replaced. All replacement horse tie rails will be made of 8 inch round pressure treated posts, 8 feet long and 4 feet high.
