Document Description
The site is approximately 2.7 acres. Groundwater is approximately 15 feet below the surface. Buildings on the site consists of a six-story CADA warehouse, a three-story Department of General Services office building attached to a one-story warehouse, and a parking area. Future site development by CADA will be a parking garage on the eastern side and 105 loft type units on the western side.
