Document Description
The previously approved project consisted of 52,000 square feet of new facilities that included an administration buildings, educational and recreational buildings, foru residential buildings, a multipurpose building, a hazardous materials storage shed, and a warehouse. The project also included a storm water retention basin proposed to be 8 feet deep and covering 28,000 square feet, and approximately 100,000 square feet of paved surfaces, which included a corporation yard, roadways, walkways, driveays, a plaza, a basketball court, and parking areas. The 2004 project rquired installation of utiltiy connections, which include a sewer line 8 inches in diameter and a water line between 12 to 16 diameter. The City of Stockton agreed to provide water and sewage services to the project. The project site is located near but not within the Stockton city limits, and the City of Stockton has requested a conditional water/sewer agreement that includes possible annexation of the site into the city. The new buildings are estimated to accomodate up to 111 Corps members and 35 employees.
