The proposed project would construct the CCC Delta Service District Center to replace the existing facility currently leased from and located on the CSU Stanislaus Stockton campus. The proposed facility would consist of approximately 52,000 s.f. of new structures and 100,000 s.f. of paved surface area, utility connections to the site, and a storm water retention basin.
