Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of a 18-foot by 32-foot booster pump station, paved driveway and parking area by the Truckee Donner Public Utility District on a Town of Truckee right-of-way located on the south shoulder of Richards Boulevard, approximately 200 feet northwest of the intersection of Richards Boulevard and Donner Pass Road. In addition, 440 linear feet (lf) of 8-inch pipeline would be constructed from the booster pump station and extend eastward on Richard's Boulevard and Donner Pass Road before turning northwards and joining an existing 6-inch pipeline on Highway Drive. The purpose of the booster pump station is to interconnect the Gateway and Donner Lake areas in order to provide an alternative water supply to the Donner Lake Area.
