Document Description
The proposed project consists of a new retail and commercial center, which is sited on an undeveloped parcel of land, bordered by Pilarcitos Creek to the south. The center is comprised of three commercial buildings and on-grade as well as underground parking. This includes the development of 101,292 square feet of office-retail and 406 vehicular parking spaces. The primary driveway for ingress and egress is located on State Route 92, across from the existing Albertson's Center.
