Document Description
The project involves constructing a new outfall pipeline and diffuser to replace the existing pipeline and diffuser. The existing outfall diffuser is designed to handle 12 million gallons per day (MGD) of wet weather flow. The new outfall pipeline and diffuser will be designed to handle 37.5 MGD of peak wet weather flow (PWWF) to match the designed PWWF of the existing WPCP at future build-out. The existing outfall will be abandoned, capped, and sealed once the new outfall is constructed.
