Document Description
Conditional Use Permit CUP17-016 to allow the construction of an elevated ropes climbing courses to provide recreational activities for guests of the Rush Creek Lodge. The site is 17.9+/- acres and is zoned C-K (Commercial Recreation) and O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The ropes course will cover approx. 1.6+/- acres in the northwest corner of the property, of which a 1.0 +/- acre portion is proposed to be located in the area zoned O.
