Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of approximately two (2) acre parcel into two parcels, of approximately one (1) acre and 0.88 acre. The project also involves an exception to the lot frontage requirement to permit a flag lot design for proposed Parcel 2 pursuant to Section 7-2 of the Subdivision Regulations. Proposed Parcel 1 is currently developed with a single-family residence, a barn and an on-site sewage disposal system. Proposed Parcel 2 is currently vacant. Water Services are to be provided by the Humboldt Community Services District.
