The Carter Hill West Pipeline Replacement Project proposes to reconstruct approximately 3,300 linear feet of 20-inch diameter ductile iron water pipeline and approximately 100 linear feet of 12-inch diameter ductile iron water pipeline within Coastside County Water District's existing service system between the Carter Hill Water Storage Tanks and North Main Street. The new 20-inch pipeline would replace an existing 12-inch welded steel pipeline that is undersized and has reached the end of its useful life.
