The applicant seeks to construct a new church campus that includes:
* 11,500 sf family life center;
* 9,900 sf adult education building;
* 14,000 sf children educatio building;
* 8,400 sf youth building;
* 19,250 sf sanctuary building;
* 8,400 sf administrative building;
* Relocate three existing residences on site (to be used for Church members);
* 459 parking spaces;
The work will be completed in three phases, and will include new landscaping, ball field, bus turnaround, and fencing. Improvements will include a new well, septic system, and on-site retention pond. The exitsing horse stables will be removed, and the existing water tower will remain and be restored.
