Document Description
A Coastal Development Permit and Final Map Subdivision of 1.31 acres into 8 lots ranging in size from 5,000 to 17,000 sq. ft. approximately. The subdivision will site existing single-family residences onto Lots 4 and 7 and two existing duplexes onto Lot 8. The duplexes will remain nonconforming. The subdivision requires an exception to the lot frontage requirement and 40 foot right-of-way standard to allow for a flag lot configuration. The subdivision will be accessed via Quaker and 18th Avenues. Water and sewer services will be provided by the Humboldt Community Services District. The Coastal Development Permit also includes proposed demolition of a detached garage and for the demolition of an existing residence and kennel that was completed without permits.
