Document Description
Approval of a Coastal Development Permit and tentative map for the subdivision of 1.31 acres into 8 lots ranging in size from 5,000 to 16,941 square feet. The subdivision will site existing single family residences and detached garage onto Lots 4 and 7 and duplexes onto Lot 8. The duplexes will remain non-conforming. The subdivision requires an exemption to the lot frontage requirement and 40-foot right of way standard to allow for flag lot configuration. The subdivision will be accessed via Quaker and 18th Avenues. Water and sewer services will be provided by Humboldt Community Services District. The Coastal Development Permit also includes proposed demolition of a detached garage and for the demolition of existing residence and kennel that was completed without permits.
