Establish a site for the temporary location of a portable asphalt concrete batch plant to serve the needs of the Cecilville Road/Forest Highway 93 (County Road No. 1C02) reconstruction project (Project CA PFH 93-01). The project consists of 30 miles of Cecilville Road, beginning at the community of Cecilville and ending in Callahan at the intersection with SR3. The project is proposed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in partnership with the Klamath National Forest (USFS) and Siskiyou County. The project is likely to take two seasons, with construction some time between May and October.
