Widen Bond Road from the intersection of Elk Grove Road east to Popular Hollow Drive (0.5 mile east of Waterman Road). Improve the intersections of Bond Road/Waterman Road and Bond Road/Elk Grove-Florin Road. Improve the UPRR railroad crossing east of Elk Grove-Florin Road, and widen two bridges crossing Laguna Creek to accommodate additional roadway width.
