Construction of a three-story building containing 22 artist live/work units and 95 parking spaces on a portion of the site that is currently a surface parking lot. Forty-seven parking spaces would be provided on the ground floor to serve the existing on-site production use, and 48 spaces would be provided in a subterranean parking level to serve the proposed project.
