Development Review Permit 02DR-014 and Text Amendment 03T-008 propose construction of a new three-story, 45' high building with 22 artist lofts on a property currently developed with a 66,206 square-foot studio production facility and surface parking lot. The new structure provides a a total of 94 parking spaces on the ground level and on one subterranean level. 112 surface parking spaces will remain on the propertyfor a total on 210 parkign spaces to serve all uses. A text amendment is requested to allow additional height of up to 45' and 4 stories for srtist studios associated with entertainment uses.
