The project includes construction of a 10,500 square-foot gymnasium building with a 2,500 square-foot assembly room addition, renovation of the existing Community Building and courtyard, expansion and renovation of the existing parking areas, construction of a new group picnic shelter, and various landscaping and irrigation improvements.
