The project was the preparation of the Salton Sea Ecosystem Restoration Study and the Draft Programmatic EIR, which are requirements of the Salton Sea Restoration Act and related legislation enacted in 2003 and 2004 to implement the Colorado River Quantification Settlement Agreement.
