The Project consists of construction of a three-story, 91,272 gross square foot building containing wet and dry instructional and research labs with support space, department offices, faculty offices, office support space and a vivarium for the Psychology Department, College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. The project will require the demolition of the one-story Art Annex building and will include utility extensions and new landscape and hardscape features. The site is located within the east campus core of the UCR campus, north of parking lot 6, south of the Humanities-Olmsted Hall, between West Campus & Citrus Drives.
