Document Description
Pacific Land Services, on behalf of the Target Corp., is proposing to expand the existing Target facility located at 1790 Airline Highway in Hollister, CA. The purpose is to remodel the interior, increase the square footage of the retail area, update the exterior building elevations, and enhance landscaping and pedestrian facilities. The expansion consists of 25,593 square feet of which 16,905 square feet is proposed as retail and pharmacy area, and 8,688 square feet of garden center area. The project will result in a net increase of 17,481 square feet of area.
