Construction/operation of: (1) LNG deepwater port (DWP) to be moored in Federal waters ~13.9 miles offshore Ventura County in 2,900' of water; (2) two new 21.1-mile long, 24" diameter natural gas pipelines laid on seafloor from DWP to Ormond Beach; and (3) new 14.9- and 7.4-mile long pipeline loops to connect the offshore pipeline with the existing SoCalGas Co. intrastate pipeline system.
