Document Description
The applicant, West Angeles Community Development Corporation, proposes to construction and operation of a 63,704-square-foot neighborhood commercial complex comprised of two 3-story commercial office building swill occupied be a pharmacy, the T.H.E. Clinic, the new Union Bank branch office, a drive-thru ATM, and professional offices, including the West Angeles Community Development Corporation, dentists tax prepares, and other nonprofit organizations. A total of 48 at-grade parking spaces will be provided on site and additional 123 parking spaces will be provided at an off-site parking structure on Chreshaw Boulevard. The project will redevelop the currently underutilized 1.15-acre commercial site, revitalize the neighborhood, provide social service facilities, attract private investment and promote a thriving commercial environment in accordance with the Mid-City Recovery Redevelopment Project.
