The proposal is a Boundary Adjustment with a Certificate of Compliance by Finn Springs 72, LLC to reconfigure the lot lines between parcels A, B, and C to create smaller individual parcels (Parcel B and C) for resale of residential lots for the 9 acres on Parcels B and C.
