The project is a minor residential subdivision of 7.89 acres that will be split into four parcels of a minimum of 1.26 acres each. There is an existing single-family residence to remain on Parcel 2. The entire project will be served by the following districts/agencies: Fallbrook Union Elementary/Fallbrook Union High School, Fallbrook Utility District, and the North County Fire Protection District.
