Document Description
The project is a minor urban subdivision. The proposed parcels site is 7.89 acres and will be split into four (4) parcels of a minimum of 1.26 acres each. There is an existing single-family residence to remain on parcel 2. The new parcels will contain pads for single-family residences and detached garages. The proposed grading for the future residential pads and driveways consists of cutting 1,500 cubic yards at a maximum cut slope ratio of 1.5:1' and height of 20' and the filling of 1,500 cubic yards at a maximum fill slope ratio of 2:1 and height of 15'.
