This project is to improve the capacity and efficiency of the Fair Oaks Interchange with Route 110 in South Pasadena, CA. This project includes the widening of the northbound Route 110 off ramp from 2-4 lanes, and the removal and replacement of the northbound Fair Oaks access to southbound Route 110 and with the addition of a new southbound Route 110 on-ramp on State Street.
