Document Description
The proposed Southwest Campus would provide college and adult education facilities for approximately 15,000 part-time and 10,000 full-time equivalent students and 400 faculty and staff at full build out. The campus would consist of low-profile (one- and two-story structures) academic classroom and administration buildings; art and cultural program buildings; sports facilities, including fields; and staff, student, and visitor parking facilities. Buildings on the campus are planned to total approximately 488,000 square feet of laboratory, lecture, and other space including physical fitness facilities, library, and miscellaneous administrative office and support space with a total of 3,300 parking spaces.
