Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Fancher Creek Development Project. The Project will include: widening of the North Fowler Avenue Bridge at Fancher Creek from 71 to 107 feet wide; construction of a new clear span bridge crossing Fancher Creek approximately one quarter (1/4) of a mile east of North Fowler Avenue; and construction of Fresno Irrigation District access road along the top of the southern bank of Fancher Creek between North Fowler Avenue and the proposed new crossing approximately one quarter (1/4) mile east of North Fowler Avenue.
