The city of Livingston 2003-2008 Housing element is designed to address the housing needs of current and future residents of the community. The City's 2003-2008 housing element has been prepared to comply with the requirements of the State law (Sections 65580-65589 of the California Government Code). The Draft Inital Study and Negative Declaration has been prepared for the Draft City of Livingston 2003-2008 Housing Element and will go before a Planning Commission review and Public Hearing on April 13, 2004.
