Document Description
Proposing to make certain changes to Hermosa Valley School in the City of Hermosa Beach. The changes comprising the proposed project are the construction of two new buildings with a covered walkway and expansion of the existing classroom and the two parking lots. One new building will contain an 8,250 square foot gymnasium, four 1,300-square foot classrooms (two stories), and 1,800 square feet of administrative offices (two offices, two dressing rooms, a utility room, and a storage room).
