Document Description
Caltrans proposes to widen the highway shoulders at four intersections along State Route 1 that have been identified as having very narrow shoulders and steep side slopes. The shoulder widening requires extending the culverts at several locations, replacing a culvert at one location, adding a culvert in an environmentally sensitive area at another location.
