The 5 existing parcels of 1.1 acres, 1.71 acres, 10.25 acres, 4.26 acres, and 30,492 square feet shall be adjusted into 5 parcels of 3.71 acres, 2.5 acres, 6.81 acres, and 1.46 acres; with 10.3 acres in open space. The Minor Use Permit is to adjust the riparian setback.
