The proposed project consists of a 50.15-acre commercial shopping center, improvements to Dexter Avenue, SR-74, (Central Avenue), Cambern Avenue, and channel improvements to convey the flow within Arroyo Del Toro Creek through the project site. Also, offsite water and sewer facilities will be constructed to provide adequate service to the site.
