The proposed project is located at the Los Angeles/Ventura County line in the City of Thousand Oaks to Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive. The proposed project includes the extension of existing auxiliary lanes in both directions, conversion of auxiliary lanes ot mixed-flow lanes, addition of a northbound lane, realignment and widening of ramps at the interchange, and the construction of soundwalls and retaining walls in various locations. Acquisition of right-of-way is not anticipated for this project.
