Document Description
Pour a new 10-foot wide concrete slab on top of the existing slab, and hand placing grouted riprap extensions 9 feet upstream from the exisitng box culvert and 5 feet down stream from the existing culvert. To repair the culver, the Operator proposes new permanent impacts of 0.004 acres, and temporary impacts to 0.002 acres of jurisdictional waters and cottonwood willow riparian habitat.
