Document Description
The project is to construct a one-story, 6,630 square foot fire station on the existing parcel. The fire station will initially house one engine company and have the capacity to house an additional ladder truck and up to eight fire fighters. The property is surrounded by single-family residential housing to the east, south, west and north. The project will be served by existing utility lines located in both Carver Road and Pelendale Avenue.
