Document Description
The proposed project is the extension of the lease between the City of Pasadena and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for purposes of UCLA home football games for a period not to exceed 20 year. The lease extension would require the renovation of the locker rooms, addititon of a media room at the south end of the existing stadium, minor changes to a former locker room in the north end of the stadium, and seismic strengthening of the stadium to meet the UC seismic rating required.
