Document Description
This project includes the installation of a six-phase traffic signal at the intersection of Excelsior Road and Jackson Road (State Route 16). Asphalt concrete pedestrian landings protected by asphalt concrete dikes will be constructed at each of the four corners and will accommodate three crosswalks. The existing geometric layout will not be altered. All work will take place within the County owned right-of-way.
