Document Description
The project involves the installation of an impervious surface cap over the entire Site to cover the lead contaminated soil. The elevated soil concentrations that will be addressed include up to 35,000 parts per million (ppm) of lead. The higher lead concentrations were found in the upper 3 feet of soil. The groundwater encountered between 6 and 7 feet below ground surface has not been impacted, based upon sampling results.
