Document Description
The proposed rule establishes maximum VOC contents, application and method requirements, surface preparation and cleanup requirements, and record keeping requirements for various coatings, strippers, and solvents used for coating wood products that are to be effective upon rule adoption. Further VOC content reductions are required after July 1, 2005, for some compounds.
