- The Pacific Cannery Lofts would provide 163 residential condominium units including 111 loft units, 38 facade units, and 14 townhome units. In addition, the project would contain a 5-story, 243-space parking garage that would be integrated with the proposed development. The Pacific Cannery Lofts project includes conversion of a large canning warehouse, demolition of two smaller warehouses, and the construction of new units and a parking garage with Development Area 2 of the Wood Street Zoning District.
