The project would involve development of each parcel into individual mixed-use projects, which would consist of residential units, live/work and retail space, and non-retail commercial space around the historic Amtrak/Southern Pacific Station at 16th and Wood Streets. Development of the approximately 28.6-acre group of properties would include construction of residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, live/work units, and commercial spaces ranging from 40 feet in height to a maximum height of approximately 90 feet.
