Document Description
The proposed project consists of two components: 1) amend the San Jose 2020 General Plan land use designation for the project site from Industrial Park to Medium High Residential Zoning District (12-25 dwelling units per acre); and 2) rezone the site from Industrial Park to A (PD) Planned Development to allow the development of 325 residential units. The proposed residential development would consist of condominiums and attached condominium/townhouses.
