The proposed project involves gravel extraction activities within Putah Creek at 21333 Grange Road, Lake County. Applicant proposes the removal of 30,000 cubic yards over a period of five years during a 2- to 3-week period. A temporary culvert shall be installed in the low flow channel to allow for equipment access to the site. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0243-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Jeff Luchetti, Luchetti Children's Trust.
