The North Douglas project is located on an approximate 130-acre site and would include a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, and Rezone. The proposed project site will include 77.3 acres of RD-5, 34.6 acres of RD-7, 7.9 acres of RD-10, 9.0 acres of park uses, 0.3 acres of open space, and 1.1 acres for Americanos Boulevard. Development of the proposed project would result in the creation of 680 dwelling units (du).
