The El Dorado Irrigation District (District) proposes to adopt a Negative Declaration for drilling approximately 110 feet from the Mill to Bull Tunnel to the Mill Creek diversion structure to maintain and maximize the reliability of diverting the District's pre-1914, 10 cubic foot per second (cfs) water right on Mill Creek. The District proposes to integrate a telemetry station and gages for monitoring flows downstream of the diversion structure to increase reliability in maintaining minimum instream flows (MIF) as required by the El Dorado Project Relicensing Settlement Agreement.
