Document Description
The project includes earthmoving activity associated with development of a new vineyard, including installation of erosion control measures as detailed in Erosion Control Plan #02368-ECPA available for review at the Napa County Conservation, Development and Planning Department. Slopes range from 5% to 26%, with an average slope of 15%. No grading would occur on slopes greater than 30%. Grading would consist of land smoothing and ripping, with cuts and fills less than 12 inches, totaling less than 1,000 cubic yards being moved on the site. There would be no off-site spoils. Water is available from an existing well.
