The Redevelopment Agency proposes to amend the Sacramento Army Depot Redevelopment Agency with the tools needed to remove physical and economic blight, providing a financing and implementation mechanism for a range of projects, (including traffic/circulation, water, sewer, and drainage improvements), and programs (including housing assistance, rehabilitation, development, assistance and economic incentives) to alleviate the blighted conditions that exist in the Added area.
