Document Description
The applicants request Tentative Parcel Map approval to divide a 138-acre parcel into three parcels. The proposed configuration would result in a 56.33-acre parcel (Parcel A), a 4124-acre parcel (Parcel B) and a 41.24-acre parcel (Parcel C). Access to the resultant parcels is proposed via construction of an approximately +/- 1,800 foot long, gravel-surfaced private road. The roadbed would be 18 feet in width and constructed within a 60-foot right-of-way.
